The dyestuffs made from persimmon juice is the perfection of plants dyeing This samue is made of the same thread and textile as the Indigo Samue, and the texture has brilliant feel. The biggest characteristic is it's dyeing.
The juice of sour and green persimmon used for this samue is mixed with yeast and fermented for about 2 years. The color becomes deep and creates natural color. The cloth woven by persimmon dyed thread changes its color as time goes by. By the blessing of the sun, as repeating dyeing/ drying/ washing, the color becomes deeper and deeper.
