"Indigo Samue" is symbolic one that is called the origin of Samue.
There continues being this as a symbol of Bushu without undergoing a model change. However, the craftsmen give the skill and passion to the making of original indigo samue of the new type.
And new Indigo Samue was produced at last. It was grand Indigo Samue conventionally, but this one is with more natural warmth. An image is warmth of the sunshine. (Hidamari)
A soft perfect gem by the craftsman.
As for this Samue, weft is double thickness of warp. Natural material with the humidity retention characteristics that included a lot of air by using these three thick indigo dyeing threads is completed.
The warp is a "Dan-zome"(different-colored stripes). Craftsman dipped it into the dye of the indigo plant of dark and the light color over and over again and finished dyeing carefully.
This craftsman is Keiji Takemura. He is a representative colorman with the successor of Bushu indigo dyeing.
It is luxurious to wear expertise relaxedly.
