Dispatch

Items in stock usually ship within 7 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail telling you that your order has been shipped. You can except to receive items within 7-14 business days from the day that items has shipped. If you believe it is taking too long to receive your order, Please contact us from our inquiry form.

A back item will be shipped as soon as in is available. We will notify you by e-mail if the item you ordered is on backorder.

If you do not receive the confirmation e-mails within 3 business days, please contact us from our inquiry form.

We can ship by EMS(Express).

Customs and Import Duties

Return

To return an item, please contact us from our inquiry form. We will inform you where and how to return by e-mail. Only the amount of your purchase, and *not any applicable shipping charges when you're returning, will be refunded within 7 business days after we received the products. We will pay back through Paypal.
Returns must be made within 2 weeks after you received.
Please note that we do not accept the products, which damaged or corrupted by the customer.
Returns require an item be placed in its original container.
